PROBLEM STATEMENT

For testing, connector must be redesigned:
• Aa an adapter which works with competitors electrodes
• For 3D printing for in house prototyping and testing
• For injection molding for manufacturing

ADAPTER

• Printed design done in haves so pins could be dropped in and wired up
• Design worked for all testing, proving connector geometry and electrode compatibility

3D PRINT REDESIGN

Redesigned in configurations for 3D printing and injection molding.

For injection molding, pin will be put into place during manufacturing.

For in house testing, the pins must be able to be dropped in. The holes were widened slightly and halved horizontally to allow the information pins to be dropped in (left).
